Andrew Cryer brings more than 20 years of Commercial Property Management experience and over 25 years in the broader real estate sector, developed across both Australian and international markets. For the past decade, Andrew has been based in Perth, managing extensive property portfolios across Western Australia, from Broome to Albany.
Andrew’s experience includes the management of industrial, retail, and commercial office assets in the United Kingdom (including Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, Leeds and Manchester), the Northern Territory, South Australia, and Western Australia. He has acted as agent for both lessors and lessees, representing a wide range of corporate, institutional and government clients such as Shell Pensions Trust, Shell Bermuda, Thames Water Pension Trust, the Australian Red Cross, the Commonwealth of Australia (Department of Immigration and Department of Defence), BWP Trust and Satterley Group.
In addition to property and asset management expertise, Andrew has experience in project management, having undertaken this as a core function at the GPT Group. He completed a Diploma of Project Management in 2011 and subsequently became an Associate Member of the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM). Andrew is currently completing his Triennial Certificate.
