Victor Aloi is a Senior Sales and Leasing Executive with more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry across Western Australia and nationally. He has built a strong reputation for delivering outcomes through a client-focused, analytical and results-driven approach.

Victor joined Vicus Property Group in 2010, where he spent eight years as a Commercial Sales and Leasing Executive, deepening his knowledge of the Perth metropolitan market and establishing long-standing relationships across the commercial property sector. His strong communication skills, self-motivation and commitment to achieving the best possible results have been key to his ongoing success.

Victor has also held senior leadership responsibilities, including serving as Director of Properties for a national securities company, where he managed a diverse portfolio of assets across multiple states and territories. In this role, his strategic insight and evidence-based decision-making were central to optimising performance and value.

Victor holds a Real Estate and Business Agent’s (Triennial) Licence in Western Australia, along with a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate), a Certificate in Industrial, Commercial and Retail Sales (REIWA), and a Diploma in Business Management (Real Estate), positioning him as both highly qualified and widely respected in his field.
